Ive been cycling through productivity apps over the last year to find the best fit(s) but also to recommend for our mobile policy at work. There are a lot of good apps that work very well at what they do but there are few that can set themselves apart in their functionality, instead of relying on their "look." This is one of those very few and it is one of three that I use everyday and have passed on to our IT for review. Admittedly at first I passed on implementing and fully engaging it because it seemed a little basic. What I didnt realize was what this app had thats so desirable is the ability to function and drive productivity while being unassuming. Its not always trying to get engagement from you but instead working like an engine to keep things straight. What I thought were limitations on the calendar feature and Mail feature ended up being my favorite aspects. You need to focus your communications, your attention and your time when in the swing of a busy day and this lets you capture the top tier or high priority tasks/projects, using your criteria. Then when you have time you can sort through the waves of information on your email, social app or what have you. The package tracking feature has been surprisingly accurate, the receipt function has saved me time and I enjoy having my travel essentials in front of me (ticket, hotel, reservation). It has worked great with my exchange server and gmail and been as smooth and crisp as an app doing much less. This has turned into my daily dashboard, it keeps everything organized an has focused me more than i thought possible from an app. Great integration with my other staple productivity apps as well.

Great app. Saves lots of time..

I find myself using this app a lot. It takes your information and lists it in a practical way. My appointments appear at the top followed by any deliveries that are expected then birthdays and and email attachments and it keeps going. I usually try apps and delete them when something better comes along but this one has proven its usefulness and so stays.

Great app that reliably reminds me of key events and travel plans at just the right time. Worth it for the Premium versions.

Guys I emailed and no one responded. My easilydo app keep removing all of my emails and I have to start all over. Im a pro and business user so help me before I cancel.

Got the paid version and honestly the worst app Ive ever bought. Very horrible customer service that doesnt even reply to your emails and does not work with all corporate emails!!! Save yourself the money invested in something else.

Its does what I need it to do, and has a pretty intuitive way of automating certain activities. Great app, but it has been a year since an update. Lets get some iPad support and add some other app connectivity for 5 stars!

Very useful productivity app for email. Somehow reads content and knows if things need responses. Has saved me a lot of headache, highly recommended

I decided to give it a try but at first I wanna mention that its not a free app. Look at the purchases - it is from 5 to 240$. And well for free I didnt get the use from it. Moreover, it crashed on my phone. Not for me

I tried not to commit to this app for a while. I kept thinking thinking I could find better. I tried Informant, 24me, IQtell, I even bought Omnifocus. While it can be argued which is actually best, I just dont have the time necessary to learn and understand all the functions they offer. For me and the way I operate, EasilyDo is where its at. If you havent yet, try the sister app for email too. Theres no better email client for me either.

Great app it does what I need it to do thanks

I am retired and dont need this for work but I still find this premium version a complete necessity. I wont have an iPhone or iPad without it as long as its around. I also highly recommend their mail client with unroll function.

Seems like a great app, but just lots of features I dont seem to use. So the interface seems more complex than necessary, and I find myself confused trying to navigate all thats in the app.

Thanks for the great app. It is really helpful. But we badly need it to be universal :(

Its great to see everything in one place. Very helpful for someone who has a lot of tasks they are tracking simultaneously. Not perfect, but hey its free! I would recommend to anyone with a chaotic work schedule and especially to entrepreneurs.
